Company Histry

April, 1953 Established and started business as a limited company. Started grind processing of rubber rolls for offset printing.
1973 Reorganized as a company limited (capital of 10 million yen). Specialized in grinding and processing of printing and industrial rubber rolls.
1981 Moved to the electronic parts related rubber roll field, started business in the manufacturing, processing and sales fields of conveying rolls,
coating rolls, draining sponge rolls, and so on.
June, 1997 Increased the capital up to 20 million yen. Along with demand expansion of electronic parts related to rubber rolls.
New related manufacturing facilities were built up drastically.
October, 2001 Certified under the “Act on Supporting Business Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises” .
May, 2002 Certified under the “Promoting creative business activities for Small and Medium Enterprises”.
March, 2003 Approved as a “preceding enterprise of investing developing business for venture companies”.
November Established and started a mass production factory in Kagamiishi-machi, Fukushima Prefecture (Fukushima Satellite Factory) .
June, 2005 Increased the capital up to 60 million yen.
November Certified under, “Sai-no-kuni factory”.
June, 2006 Increased the capital up to 70 million yen.
February Received a friendly award from PANEL TRADING CO., LTD in Taiwan.
March Approved the Third Unsecured Debenture by Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ.
June, 2008 Licensed as one of “300 small and medium enterprises with actively manufacturing products, Version 2008” by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry / Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.
December Approved for the administrative innovation plan by Saitama Prefecture.
April, 2009 Concluded a technology development contract with Prof. Takeuchi at Research and Development Center for Advanced Materials and
Technology of Nippon Institute of Technology.
August Relocated head office and factory to Soka City, Saitama Prefecture.
August Certified related to “Upgrading Core Manufacturing Technology of Small and Medium Enterprises” by Kanto Bureau of Economy, Trade andIndustry.
August Determined by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry for “Subsidy to support small and medium manufacturing enterprises for product development etc.”
January, 2010 Certified as “Kawaguchi i-mono (good products) brand qualified product” by Kawaguchi Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
March Adopted Japan’s first ordinary temperature DLC coating equipment for long rolls.
December Certified by Kanto Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry, related to “3D fine coating technology development for fuel-cell separators by ordinary temperature DLC coating”.
May, 2011 Concluded a technology development contract with Prof. Ohmi at New Industry Creation Hatchery Center of Tohoku University.
